When Managing Director Stephen Wood, his wife Gaenor and brother-in-law Richard Robinson founded Alexander Windows in early 1991, the impression that many people had of replacement window companies was clouded to say the least. High-pressure salesmen and dubious discounts did nothing to raise the confidence of customers who were often left disappointed with their experience.

Alexander windows set about changing all that, with an honest and straightforward service that focussed firmly on the customer. By listening to, and understanding exactly what people wanted for their homes, Alexander Windows introduced a truly customer-friendly approach to the industry.

Personal recommendations formed a very important base on which to build the Company and from humble beginnings Alexander Windows has now grown into one of the most successful window manufacturing operations in the area employing more than fifty local people at their factory and showroom in Hazel Grove. At Alexander windows we can manufacture any size and style of bow, bay, or flat window that you require. We will, however, advise you on balance, symmetry, security and load limitations where necessary.
